REPEATED CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans change, and we're always happy to accommodate a cancellation when given reasonable notice. However, to ensure fairness to all of our guests and to protect the integrity of our reservation system, The Hive Buckhead reserves the right to restrict or decline future reservations for guests who establish a pattern of repeated cancellations or no-shows.
Guests who cancel two or more reservations within a 60-day period, or who fail to honor a reservation without prior notice, may be flagged in our system. In such cases, a member of our team may reach out before confirming future bookings.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that if your plans change, you notify us as early as possible, ideally at least 2 hours before your reservation time, so we can offer your table to another guest.
